SHIPPING COSTS
The Netherlands:
No shipping costs for orders over €20,-
For orders under €20, the shipping costs are €5,-
Belgium:
No shipping costs for orders over €50,-
For orders under € 50, the shipping costs are € 8,75
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
If you order before 4:00 PM on a working day, we will ship your package the same day via PostNL. That's what we stand for! In the unlikely event that direct shipment is not possible, we will inform you immediately.
For parcel post you will receive a Track and trace code from us so that you can track the package.
Parcel post is delivered by PostNL within the Netherlands from Monday to Friday. Letterbox mail from Tuesday to Friday. According to PostNL, 96% is delivered on time. Incidentally, mail arrives a day later.
RETURN
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to return it up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This follows the consumer's right of withdrawal for online purchases (see also our General Terms and Conditions).
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Within the Netherlands we offer free returns. A personal contribution applies to Belgium (see the conditions below).
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
Returns within the Netherlands are free of charge if via our return link. Costs for returns outside our return link system are borne by the sender.
RETURN A PACKAGE VIA THE RETURN LINK
- Open the link you received in the e-mail with track & trace information from the webshop.
- Follow the instructions, after which you can immediately download the return label in PDF format.
- Open the file and print the label.
- Stick the label on the package. You can also fold this in half or cut it out, as long as the entire label is visible.
- Take the package to the nearest PostNL point. The shipment has already been paid for, so you only need to hand it over. Always ask for proof of delivery.
COST OF RETURNS
NL: Returns via the return link within the Netherlands are free of charge.
BE: Due to high shipping costs to and from Belgium we are forced to charge part of the return costs. The personal contribution for returns is € 9,-
